Sherika Wynter is the Co-Founder & Managing Partner of Thomas & Wynter R&D. Her R&D Company currently has 3 subsidiaries: The Slip Guard, T|W Tote and Journacy.
She has thrived in entrepreneurial and corporate spaces. This has afforded her the opportunity to bring experiences from both sides to the table. She still works in the corporate space as a consultant and has over 13 years of experience in product and project management, holding both Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) and Project Management Professional (PMP) certifications. She also has vast experience in product development, vendor management, and business development. As an entrepreneur, she decided to take her skills to the classroom. Her love for teaching and instruction began in 2014. She realized her success and failures were well received by those attending her classes. Sharing experiences not only strengthened her skills but also allowed her to be seen as relatable, someone people can trust and open up to. In addition, she found herself wanting to walk the journey with her students; whether it was a profession change or launch of a startup venture.
